Melissa Crotty

OWNER & PRINCIPAL DESIGNER

Following her graduation from the University of Dayton, Melissa embarked on a journey into jewelry design in Southern California at the Gemological Institute of America. However, her creative path naturally evolved towards interior design. After completing her design education at GIA she returned to Ohio in 2007 and established Root'd - Cincinnati. Yet, her aspirations led her westward, and in 2008 she relocated to Park City, Utah, inaugurating Root'd in Old Town in 2010. With over 15 years of design expertise, Melissa thrives on delving into historical and contemporary design, drawing inspiration from her encounters and interactions with people.

For Melissa, the true fulfillment of her career as an Interior Designer lies in forging personal connections with clients and collaborating with them on an individual basis. She eagerly anticipates discovering new things daily, while maintaining a commitment to timeless design principles.
